New area: IT & Cybersecurity

We've formalized information security auditing (ISMS, NCh-ISO 27001) as its own service line, led by our IT Supervisor. This area continues the real client base we already served — public and private companies in the port industry, foundations, universities and corporations — and adds network and connectivity diagnostics, and Microsoft 365 security and tools training.
