We collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it through our forms:

• Contact form: name, email, phone, area of interest and message — to answer your inquiry and connect you with the partner from the relevant area.
• Careers ("Trabaja con Nosotros"): name, email, phone, area of interest, message and your CV (attached or linked) — to evaluate your application to a job opening. This data is kept for 12 months from submission, after which it is deleted, unless you become part of an active hiring process.
• Whistleblower Channel:report type, relationship with the company, location, date, the details of the reported event and, if you choose not to report anonymously, your (encrypted) contact information — to investigate the report under our Integrity & Compliance Program. Access to this information is restricted to a principal administrator.

We do not collect personal data through tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools — this site does not currently use cookies of that kind.

Your data is submitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and received internally by authorized Firm staff. We use Resend, a transactional email provider, solely to deliver the forms you submit to the appropriate internal inbox — we do not use it for marketing and we do not send unsolicited emails.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.

Under Law No. 21,719, you have the right to access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your personal data, as well as to request its portability or blocking. You can exercise these rights by writing to contacto@oci.cl, clearly stating your request. We will respond within the timeframes established by law.

Our forms are intended for individuals over 18 years of age. We do not knowingly request or collect personal data from minors.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable regulation. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this text.
